The 17th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau was announced on March 13, highlighting the region’s finest culinary talents.
Amber at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental achieved its third star after 17 years, thanks to chef Richard Ekkebus’s creativity, sustainability efforts, and dairy-free approach.
New one-star entrants include Ami, offering French-inspired dishes in a forest-themed setting; Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco, with its seafood-focused menu; and Tuber Umberto Bombana, celebrating truffles with seasonal ingredients.
Green Stars were retained by Feuille, Amber, Roganic, and Mora for their commitment to sustainability.
